Marketplace Manager (m/w/d)

We are currently looking for a full-time Marketplace Manager (m/f/d) to work at our headquarters in Ober-Ramstadt or up to 95% remotely.

• Marketplace management: You will be responsible for the expansion and further development of our B2C online marketplaces. In the process you will define growth targets, derive measures and implement them independently.

• Product listing & content optimisation: You will continuously monitor and optimise our product listings. This includes product data, the quality of images, texts and attributes, and compliance with platform-specific standards in order to increase visibility and conversion.

• Performance monitoring & KPI management: You will keep an eye on sales figures, return rates and other KPIs, identify potential and derive operational measures to increase performance.

• Interface function: You are the central point of contact for internal departments (purchasing, logistics, controlling, marketing) as well as for external marketplace partners, thus ensuring smooth cooperation.

• Trend & competition monitoring: You monitor market trends, competitors on online platforms and new tools in the marketplace ecosystem, identify opportunities for us and contribute your ideas.

• You have professional experience in the online marketplace environment or e-commerce, ideally in the fashion sector.

• Knowledge of marketplace integrators (e.g. Tradebyte) is an advantage.

• Whether you have a degree or vocational training is secondary to us – what is important is that you have gained experience in operational marketplace management and are familiar with the processes, requirements and tools of the common platforms.

• You are a strong communicator, work independently and coordinate confidently between internal teams and external partners.

• Your working style is structured, detail-oriented and reliable. You enjoy continuously optimising your channel (including listing and performance metrics).

• You are confident in using MS Office and Google Workspace, as well as working with data, reports and marketplace dashboard tools.

• You have good written and spoken German (B2) and English skills (C1).
